An introduction…
Apr 25I am a young entrepreneur and network marketer with a dream to change countless lives through teaching personal development to the next generation. I believe anything is possible in life and that the human mind has unlimited potential.
I was born in Russia in 1989, and arrived in the Land of Opportunity (US) in 1996 at the age of 7. Of all circumstances in my life, this is the one for which I am most grateful; without the environment of this nation, I would never have been able to accomplish all that I have and all that I’m going to.
I was always a hard worker with big dreams, but I never found a great outlet for my passion until I was fortunately introduced to the concept of network marketing at the age of 19. That day changed every aspect of my life.
Like many people in this industry, I struggled when I first got started in the industry. I knew in my heart that I would succeed in network marketing, but I was not getting the results I wanted … in fact, I was not getting any results at all. After 6 months of working the business and spending about $2000 doing everything my upline told me to, I had a team of 4 people, all of whom had pretty much quit, and I had no check whatsoever.
Now, at 21 years old, I make a full-time income in this industry and my team is growing rapidly as I help to develop other young leaders in a rock solid opportunity. So what changed for me?
In reality, it wasn’t just one thing. A combination of several factors lead to a drastic transformation in my business and my life. Firstly, I found a good company. I cannot stress this enough: while there are successes in every company, you MUST find a company that you love, one that aligns with your values, whose people (field and corporate leadership) have integrity as well as compentence, with products you can proudly use and represent, and whose timing is aligned correctly in the industry. If you work hard, do the right things, but you have the wrong infrastructure, you may be wasting your most valuable asset, your precious time. You must find the right company, one that makes sense, and especially one that makes sense for you. For me, that company was DrinkACT.
However, finding the right company was not enough. There are plenty of people in our industry who are teamed with a phenomenal company, but are not having the success that they desire. The second transformational factor for me was the discovery of personal development. No matter how hard I worked on my business, it did not pay off until I started to work on myself. On top of plugging in to the company conference calls and webinars, I began attending training seminars, listening to CDs, and reading books. I found mentors to coach me to success. This was absolutely critical for me, as it has been for almost any person who has achieved greatness in any industry.
Finally, I recognized and began to harness the infinite power of the internet. It blew my mind when I realized just how powerful the internet can be, and exactly how it fits into the network marketing equation. While I achieved my initial success through old-school tactics, I am taking my business to a whole new level by leveraging the internet, especially social media marketing and personal branding. I now use a hybrid model: I have managed to effectively combine the “old school” network marketing strategies and systems (which DO WORK, if you use them properly) with the power of innovative technology and the growing social media phenomenon.
Now, I focus on relentlessly building my DrinkACT business both online and offline, and I coach others to leverage the power of the internet in building their businesses, without entirely walking away from the tactics which countless networkers have used to make millions of dollars over the past decades. Using The 7 Figure Networker System, I also enjoy coaching others, regardless of their company or opportunity, on how to leverage the power of the internet, social media, and attraction marketing to build their businesses.
